Warranty and support

BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

The distributor and its representatives must inform the customer about the product features they are purchasing:

• It is important to highlight that the material of the product is CONCRETE.
• Concrete can absorb liquids that come into contact with its surface. Our product is delivered sealed to protect it. However, substances should not be left in contact with the product for a long time, and abrasive chemicals (such as acids or descalers) should not be used to ensure its durability and resistance.
• This is a handmade product, so no two products are alike. It may have:
  • Color variations
  • Pores of different sizes and quantities
  • Texture
• The customer must be informed of the estimated delivery time and possible variations.

DELIVERY TIMES

• The delivery time is 5 weeks for purchases of 1 unit.
• For multiple unit orders, the delivery period is variable and must be consulted with Konkretus' retail advisor.
• The delivery time may vary and have an additional 2 weeks when there is a non-conformance from the factory, as the production process must start again.

BEFORE INSTALLATION

This information is very important to communicate to the product installer and the customer:

• Verify that the color of the product is as ordered. (Once installed, color changes are not allowed.)
• Do not place tools or installation chemicals on the sink. If the product is scratched or stained once installed, changes are not allowed for this reason.
• Installation must be done only with silicone. Do not use fixed adhesives like hard bone, as if future after-sales service is required, it cannot be done without damaging the countertop, which is not covered by Konkretus' after-sales service.
• When installing, use only silicone. A bead at the base is sufficient for proper installation. IMMEDIATELY REMOVE EXCESS SILICONE and do not clean it in the sink, as this material reacts negatively with concrete and causes stains. This is not covered by Konkretus' after-sales service.
• Do not allow water (or other substances) to pool. This can cause darkening or stains, which are not covered by Konkretus' after-sales service.
• Do not use abrasives, solvents, thinner, or vinegar to clean the sink, as these can damage the sealing layer that protects the product. This is not covered by Konkretus' after-sales service.

DAILY USE

To ensure the product's durability, please consider the following recommendations:

• Avoid leaving chemical substances such as creams, oils, disinfectants in contact for a long period, as this can cause stains on the sink's surface.
• Do not use abrasives, solvents, thinner, or vinegar to clean the sink, as these can damage the sealing layer that protects the product.
• It is recommended to use preferably pH-neutral soaps (such as toilet soap or dish soap) for cleaning. Once the sink is cleaned, rinse with plenty of water.
• Under no circumstances should the sink be cleaned with a scouring pad, as this will scratch and damage the protective sealing layer of the product. Preferably use a microfiber cloth for cleaning.
• If the sink drain is clogged for any reason, avoid using chemical products to unclog it and instead call a professional plumber.

WARRANTY

• 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects such as cracks and mold defects.
• Warranty for transport damage: 3 days from delivery, sending photographic evidence.
• Exchanges: 15 days from delivery for color or reference. The product must not have been installed.
• Returns: 3 days from delivery for manufacturing defects such as cracks and mold defects.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY

We do not accept exchange requests for:

• Pores or color variations.
• Stains or scratches caused by misuse.
• Poor installation.
• Product already installed (except for cracks and mold defects).

CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
